Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer (unless an incorrect size was shipped)
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable items, if applicable
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected (if required), your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the customer's bank details.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases where returns are accepted, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
